Let's discuss habits.

Habits are habits and we all have them. Whether they're good or bad, they're still there. Here are 4 tips & tricks for addressing positive habits.

1. The focus

Let's say you found a new habit you're thrilled about. Instead of focusing on that new habit, focus on the person you will become from it. Whether it's a bad habit or a good habit, think about the outcome of continuing the new habit.

2. Reward yourself!

Instant gratification reinforces behaviors while waiting for long term results. So if you're trying to create a new habit of going to the gym and you're successful with this habit, reward yourself. Get your nails done, go on a shopping spree, etc.

3. Make your goals realistic

Set realistic goals that lead to bigger goals. Accomplish the smaller goals and work your way up.

4. Keep building

Habit stack. Build on what you're already building. Always increase what you're doing and level up! You got this, Lady Boss! Remember, you're amazing, beautiful, and you have the will power to keep pursuing your dreams.
