Let’s conquer your fears..

Fear is a challenge. A challenge that everyone faces at one point or another in their lifetime. Conquering that fear is a step that most are afraid to even consider. As a Lady Boss, you have the ability to conquer your fears. But, how?

1. Expose yourself to your fears

By exposing yourself to your worst enemy (fear), you grow. You build strength and power and begin to see your fears as obstacles that you can overcome. How do you expose your fears? Let's say you're afraid of public speaking. Make that fear known to yourself and the people you surround yourself with. Conquer this fear. Practice speaking to smaller audiences. The most you practice, the better you'll get at public speaking. So expose yourself. Tell as many people as possible and let your fear be exposed.

2. The worst case scenario

You may be thinking about million different things as you are conquering your fears. That's okay. It's good to run different scenarios through your head. Prepare for the worst case. This way, when you face your fear and find out it was no big deal, you will have conquered this fear with no problems.

3. Get Excited!

Often when you have fear, you have excitement. Embrace this! Both fear and excitement are similar states. It's easier to go from fear to excitement rather than from fear to calm. Give this one a try and remember, you can conquer your fears.

4. Remember past failures.

Think about the past. What have you done that went in a bad direction that lead you to be afraid. These are learning curbs. It's okay if you've failed in the past. Look towards the future. You can learn from your mistakes and you can conquer the fear you once had.
